We want you to love your Motel outfit, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select your preferred return reason and choose between a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a different size exchange.
Pack and Label
Securely package your items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to attach to the outside of your parcel.
Post Your Parcel
Drop your package off at any authorized collection point or post office and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
